2026 Reservations
Reserving Your Date
Reserving dates for your 2026 event, retreat or camp at Bethany could not be easier. All you need to do is email us with an estimate of your group size, the number of rooms you may require and if you will be interested in dining on campus. Please provide us a few dates that could work for your group if there are options. We promise we will grant your first choice if it is available.
No commitment or deposit is required to reserve the date. Once we put you on the calendar, we will work on specifics and agree with you on a preliminary plan. At that time, a small 10% deposit is required to continue to hold your date.

Remember, our ministry is making Bethany Beach work for every congregation we serve. If the costs are a challenge for your group, please reach out to us. There are lots of options available on how we can configure an event.
​
The rates for lodging shown below are per-room / per-night. Stone House is per-night for the entire house. If you are interested in setting up an event where your participants register and pay us directly on-line, we can build a per-person / per-event cost as well, let us know. Dining costs shown are per-person / per-day. We often create custom dining plans for our groups if you would prefer some meals not be provided. Groups are not required to select a dining plan. Dining plans do require a minimum of 15 guests.

Reservation Process
1. Reach out to our Bethany Beach Center Reservations Team and share the details of the visit you may be interested in planning. There is no obligation or expectation if you chat with us. We know that planning a trip sometimes just starts with understanding your options.

2. If you decide to stay with us, notify the Reservations Team of the dates,
space and options you would like for your visit.

3. Our Reservations Team will send you the simple agreement for your
visit along with confirmation of the specifics of your visit.
​
4. Return the signed agreement and make your 10% deposit payment to secure your space.

5. You will receive confirmation that your agreement and deposit are received
and that your plans to visit Bethany Beach are in place.
​
6. Increase your deposit paid to 50% within 120 days of your event. You may continue to revise your group size and specifics up until 30 days prior to the event. See the deposit schedule below for additional information.

7. Make your final event payment at-least 30 days prior to your event. If you have changed your event specifics before this date, we will provide you a revised invoice with your final payment.
8. You will be in contact with our center staff regarding any questions you may have on meals or meeting spaces prior to your event.

9. About a week before your event, you will receive information on check-in and other helpful background to make your visit to Bethany Beach outstanding!!
Deposit Schedule
We try to keep things simple. Here is the schedule for deposit payments expected in advance of your stay. Deposits once paid cannot be refunded. However, we do offer options in the event of extreme weather. Full refund policy available <here>.
