Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours after 10PM.

Building Access

Please do not enter buildings not assigned to your group.  Please remember that other groups may be also be staying at Bethany Beach Center during your visit.

Sand & Showers

It is really important that all sand is washed off before entering our buildings.   Showers are available outside Campbell and Disciples House.   A fee may be charged for excessive sand cleanup in rooms.

Wet Items

Please don't hang wet items on furniture or in porch areas.  We have outdoor drying lines at Campbell Hall and behind Disciples House.

Food Consumption

Light snacks and beverages are welcome in all buildings.  Organized meals should only take place in the Tabernacle Dining Room, Outdoors or In the Stone House Dining Room for groups residing there.  Please clean any dishes utilized by the end of each day.   

 

Campfires

Please coordinate with our Center Manager to use our portable fire pit.  You will need to provide firewood.   Groups must always have an adult supervising the fire.  Bethany Beach does not permit fires on the beach.

Alcohol Rules

Alcohol consumption is not permitted on-site at Bethany Beach Center.   There are many places within walking distance if you would like to enjoy a drink.   

​

Furniture

You are free to move furniture only used by your group.   Bunked beds may never be un-bunked.  Please do not relocate furniture within porch areas.  Any furniture moved must be returned to the places it was originally found.

Sports Courts

The Basketball and Volleyball Courts on Campus are part of Bethany Beach Center but shared with the public.   You may use as available or if a reserved time is needed, please inform our Center Manager.

Coffee

There are hospitality stations in multiple places in Campbell Hall.  Each station should have a coffee pot.  In the cabinet above you will find mugs, filters and coffee supplies.   Please clean pots, baskets and mugs used by the end of each day.  Alert our staff if you require additional supplies.   Guests in Stone House should also have a coffee pot and resources.   We regret that we cannot currently provide in-room coffee service in Disciples House.  
 

Dehumidifiers

Many of our lodging spaces have stand-alone dehumidifiers to keep you comfortable.  In Campbell Hall these units all drain automatically.   In Stone House, these units need to be emptied.  You can ask our staff to empty the units or simply dump them in a bathtub.
